Drive-in Pallet Racking

Drive-in pallet racking is a style of heavy duty pallet racking used for high density storage. It is a successional storage rack that is not separated by aisles. Generally speaking, every two blocks of racks share one operating aisle.
The forklift drives in the rack to load or retrieve pallets which are placed on cantilevered rails and can move within the racking system.
The loading and unloading of goods follows the principle of FILO (First In Last Out). If the system is a through type system, goods can only be loaded and unloaded from one end.
The racking aisle is specially designed so that the forklift, pallets, and racks can be compatible with each other.
Our drive-in pallet racking is suitable for storing large amounts of homogenous cargo, making full use of the space. The stacking height can reach up to 10m, combining the height of 4 or 5 pallets, or even occasionally 10 pallets.
In order to ensure stability the rack is usually specially designed so that the forklift can only pass in and out from one end.
